2. Products and pricing
- All prices are shown in USD.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state regulations.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment of purchase.
- Product photos are for reference. Slight variations in color or finish are possible.
3. Order and payment
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
- We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods enabled through Shopify Payments.
- You will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it within an hour, check your spam folder or contact us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or payment issues. In any such case, a full refund is issued.

5. Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or any reason other than the defective / damaged / incorrect product exceptions detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
6. Warranty
REYBANDZ products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper use. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@reybandz.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
7. Physical activity disclaimer
REYBANDZ products are resistance training equipment. Use involves inherent physical risk.
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or have been inactive for an extended period.
- Inspect all equipment before each use. Do not use damaged, frayed, or worn components.
- Follow all usage guidelines included with the product and available in the companion app.
- REYBANDZ is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, use beyond the documented purpose, or use by individuals who have not obtained medical clearance.
- The companion app provides training guidance for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, fitness, or physical therapy advice.
8. Companion app - access and subscriptions
- Purchase of the REYBANDZ Kit includes 3 months of free companion app access from the date of account activation.
- After the free period, continued access requires an active paid subscription, billed via Stripe.
- Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, as selected). All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
- App access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on reybandz.com and in the companion app - including text, images, video, code, logos, training programs, and designs - is owned by REYBANDZ or licensed to it. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Training content accessed through the app is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
10. User content
If you submit content through the contact form, waitlist, or any other channel, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose for which it was sent. Do not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
11. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site and app available, accurate, and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or zero errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or app subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order or billing cycle.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the app, or the products - including physical injury - except where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the moment of your purchase governs that transaction. Continued use of the site or app after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Ohio, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you the right to your local jurisdiction.
