1. Where we ship
- United States (Continental 48 states): standard service.
- Alaska & Hawaii: standard service · longer delivery times.
- International: currently not available. Sign up to our waitlist to be notified when we expand.
2. Costs
- Flat rate domestic shipping: $4.99 USD per order, anywhere in the US.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery times
Times are estimated from the moment the order is dispatched (which happens within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation):
- Continental US: 3–7 business days.
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
4. Carrier
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on destination and weight. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
5. Where we ship from
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Lima, Ohio (USA).
6. Order tracking
Your dispatch confirmation email includes a tracking link. If you don't receive it within 3 business days of order confirmation, contact us at support@reybandz.com.
7. Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at support@reybandz.com. We will open a carrier claim and replace or refund the order at no additional cost once the claim is confirmed.
8. Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you may be charged a re-shipping fee. We cannot reroute packages already in transit. Packages undeliverable due to an incorrect address fall under our all-sales-final policy.
9. Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state regulations.
